A New Vacuum Pressure Casting Process for Manufacturing Complex and ThinWalled Components

Manufacturing industries are still in the phase of improving accuracy order to improve quality a component or product. In this review paper solve industrial problem we going make study based on vacuum pressure casting for manufacturing complex shaped components and also studied sheet metal using method instead forming method. Vacuum will meet requirement case achieving high with thin wall body parts. there is no temperature loss during transfer molten into machine because defect like porosity can be solved. investigating microstructure, porosity, surface roughness mechanical properties developed comparison gravity casting.
